Practice licence terms

What your practice licence covers.

Every file from the library is delivered under a named practice licence. These terms explain the scope of that permission.

Named practice licence

Each download is prepared with the practice name and licence number held on the account. The named practice licence is the record of permission to use the file during the active licence period.

Solo licence

A solo licence covers one clinician. It includes clinical use, printing and giving the client-facing material to that clinician’s own clients.

Group practice licence

A group practice licence covers up to six clinicians within one practice, including the owner. Each covered clinician uses their own login. Practice ownership can assign and reassign the available seats.

What remains with you

Files downloaded during an active period remain in your records. The permission to use library resources with clients follows the active licence period. The online library remains visible after the period so you can review the collection and renew access when needed.

What requires a separate licence

  • An additional clinician beyond the number covered by the licence.
  • A different practice, organisation, school, clinic or institution.
  • Training, teaching, resale or distribution of the materials to people who are not your own clients.
